President Plevneliev participated in the opening of the conference "Bulgarian Ideas for Europe: A Dialogue between the NGO Sector and the Government" at the House of Europe. The event was organized by the European Council on Foreign Relations and the Ministry for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2018. The purpose of the event was to present the priorities of the Bulgarian EU Council Presidency to the non-governmental sector in Bulgaria and to strengthen the cooperation in the process of formulating the positions of Bulgaria during its mandate.
